Managerial positions are held by qualified Social Workers who have experience in Child Care, Mental Health and Residential Settings.

All Key Workers at New Dawn are NVQ Level 3 qualified, one of whom also has NVQ Level 4 in Care Management.

                They also have years of excellent experience of working with babies and their parents in various care settings and as such have received appropriate training and further qualifications pertaining to the developmental needs of a child and awareness issues regarding the parents.

Some of our Play Co-ordinators likewise are qualified up to NVQ Level 3 with valid experiences of working with parents and their children.

New Dawn prides itself as a Learning Organisation, as we will continue to support and encourage our staff team to develop professional and personally by attending appropriate training and courses which will equip them to do what they do best.
